It is a 3d connect 4 program that I wrote to play 4*4*4 connect 4, but you can set parameters to have it play on the classical 7*6*1. You should try to find Victor Allis' master thesis where he explains how to solve connect 4. This algorithm is implemented in a freely available program called Velena (I do not have the addresses here, but you should find them with altavista).
