The few engines I tried all found Kd4 relatively fast. Here is the output from one with pretty good knowledge of rook endgames, only limited 5 stone TBs though. The interesting line is the last one where it after a long think deviates from the Shipov lines that Sune gave. It gives rise to the ugly and tricky kinds of rook endgames with one runner versus two. But even there black has a very active king so it looks hard to defend.
