Well - maybe 15. .. h5. White can win a pawn with 16. Nd5 Qxd2 17. Nxe7+ but
that should be playable.

You can also play 15. .. Rxc3, those endings are often ok.

Another move is 15. .. b5.

Martin's advice is quite sound though - the Dragon is very hard for computers to
play right. Black often needs to sacrifice material.
