That's not quite the way he phrased it:

"Then Aristarch would be a nice candidate to top the list"

"It would be a nice new circle begining with amateurs topping the list! IMO"

Twice he says the amateurs would top the list. Top the list means being the best
as I see it.

Either way, I don't see how gaining about 60 SSDF points would enable Aristarch
to top Shredder 8 on an A1200, unless it is already as strong as Hiarcs 9, if
not more.
