I'm just guessing, but are you referring to "improvement" as a synonym of "more
features"? Because aside from that I think a lot of software is pretty much
lacking in most other areas...
The one that bothers me most is useability, or lack thereof, but I often find
unsatisfactory installation, documentation and support. Most times I don't need
more features, but rather a better way to use what's already available.
