From reading CCC, it became clear to me that many chessprogrammers don't realise
that the engine freak scene is only a small part of the market. Or maybe, they
just aren't interested in "normal" chessplayers. There are children, people
learning chess, casual players... (IOW the Chessmaster customers :) ). When the
programmer's creativity would be directed at them more, I think there are still
a lot of interesting improvements to do.

Also, developers should take a much closer look at their competitor's products.
Sometimes it seems as if they insist to ignore each other :)
