Subject: Fritz font question

I use Fritz 8 to make diagrams for a chess magazine. To save on printing I
decided to send the chess magazine as a word-document with the diagrams directly
through e-mail to all the members. Some of them though didn't see the diagrams
as they should be. I assume the ones without Fritz on their computer.

Now I was thinking to send everyone the fritz font (is that allowed?) , but that
is not as easy as it seems. I located all the fonts in the windows directory but
I couldn't copy from there. And I also need to know how it should be installed
on the members' computer. Or are there other (better) options for me?
