It is caused by the parameter:

[Pruning = MISC_65]             * research fail-high-error one ply deeper (!)

If you turn it off, it won't repeat the line. This way it is actually taking
those two lines to 11 plies to see whether the extra ply doesn't help resolve
its indecision.
