it's a nice position, but how about the following line?
... Dc5-b6 14.b2-b4 Lf8xb4 15.Lc1-e3 Sg8-f6 16.Dd4xf4 Lb4-c5 17.Le3xc5 Db6xc5+
18.Df4-d4 Dc5xd4+ 19.Se2xd4
Queens are exchanged, but at least this way the a8 rook doesn't come into play.
13...Qb6 still remains the best move for black though.
