You will never stop cheating.  Here at work and also at home, I have 2 computers
sitting side by side.  I don't play online, but if I did and had a penchant to
cheat, nothing would stop it.  People who lack integrity will find a way to be
jerks.

Attempting to locate cheaters will also "catch" some innocent ones and tag them
as cheaters.  Suppose I have some arcade game called rebel running and I am also
playing chess online.  Your detector might see "rebel" and think I am cheating.
What if I rename my executable?

Of course, there may be some way to accomplish the desired goal and I am not
clever enough to think it up.  My suggestion is to find people who are honest
and play with them.  If you find a cheater, then noplay them.
