I seem to remember it was doing very well after a few (long time) games vs Shredder 7.04. And, it also seemed to be true that Shredder 7.04 is still among the tops, and even a candidate for top place (still) among the latest releases. So therefore, Tiger would seem to be certainly very strong. But are there other similar results which show Tiger (in long timings) to be serious candidate for top place on ssdf and the like? If not, how about Shredder 8? Doesn't that also have its slight weaknesses (I mean, not being top) against some programs? [I realize that on this forum we must be very careful to speak with greatest of respect towards all programs. I hope I'm improving. If I was a programmer, I would learn it much quicker. Anyway, I still like to know what's going on, if there's a way of wording it all]. S.Taylor
