I think that chess style is not dependent on these things.
The question for chess players is what style can give them better results.

players with good memory of lines that they calculate can playlike tal and have
good results because they see morethan the opponent in the tactical
calculations.

player that their memory is relatively better for positional things like what
structures are good in chess can do better by playing positional chess.
