So far they have about 2600 results for the bench marks. http://www.spec.org/cpu2000/results/cpu2000.html (huge page to load) A PIII 1.4 Ghz was not tested and I am pretty sure iot does not exit unless you are overclock. If you are using PIV 1.4 Ghz, it should be more than double. If you using fast PIII , the difference will be less than double.
