Download the following file from the Rebel web site:
http://www.rebel.nl/fix10.zip
This archive contain the program FIX.EXE
Copy FIX.EXE into your Rebel install directory and run it once.
Everything should now be okay.
BTW: Ed Schröder has uploaded in the meantime a corrected version
of Rebel10-30days
