Hi Steve,

I wrote that the user wait only of "Buy It now" offers and can see each new "Buy
it now" offer seconds later.

I wrote that this user have a second PC for it. This PC made no other things as
to refresh the ebay chess computer page with the latest offers.

Yes, it's legal and he have a lot of success with this system.
