He work hard on the ECO classification for Arena GUI since a long time. You can find the file on Arena "User File Selection", this is updated all the time and I believe the best available file you can find in WWW. Perhaps the others GUI developer can write a tool to used the best available file for other GUIs and you are happy if you don't like Arena. Part of Arena Chess GUI ...
