Hi Jon,

yes, with time and more rounds more games vs. Phalanx.
But important is more to have more games vs. different engines.

Look:
Arasan is from all engines the engine which don't give a point or an half point
vs. Ant and Hermann. The reason Arasan made ranking 5 in the qualification. Let
us wait of the first ATL League C with Arasan 8.1. I am sure Arasan will have a
good result!

Arasan is one of the first available freeware programs in WWW.
You are a long time chess programmer and you need perhaps also a computer chess
medicine (like the comment by Sandro which the medicine in an other thread
yesterday) :-))
