Grayer area.   Legality of patches - who knows.  But it does not fundamentally
change my position - it still has the potential to be injurious to the author
and from my perspective is not allowed for discussion on "how to use it".

We already has one CCC member threatening to sue CCC over copyright and
intellectual property ownership.  With our current financial status, any_lawsuit
will shut us down.
