It is my bet that engines may find it if it is correct.
The score is negative before h5 so engines even do not need to see a draw in
order to find h5

h5 is also probably not winning(probably it draws but it does not mean that the
sacrifice is correct because there may be other drawing moves and movei fails
high on a3 and gives the following line when you can see that h5 is planned
later.
