No crashes and very good new options. I like the new version and all what I try works fine. For me important the UCI support, all the lists (compare to excel) are really great and are very helpfull if you working with own databases. Fix I can make changes in my CC-Calendar database and it's very easy to do it. What I like is delete games from a PGN file. I delete a games and after closing the database windows ChessBase asked me for delete the games for ever. This is just great and much better as in other CB versions. I had sponken with Martin Blume about this little feature and he told me that if you have a bigger pgn database and you delete a game on the latest position in the database it must work directly. If the game on the first position in the database the complete database must be rewritten and this need time. But this works in ChessBase just great. A lot of small changes on different positions in detail. This update with all the new options, see the review on ChessBase page is just great and I am a "happy buyer". OK, I used perhaps 5-10% of the options but all what for me is important works really fine, no wishes and happy :-) You will like the new version I am sure because I believe a big step with a lot of changes in detail. Read the review on ChessBase site ... My English is not good enough to give your more information because I need to many time for it and you will not understand what I mean :-) One point more: One of the big options from Arena are the print options. In Arena you can see that the programmer must add a lot of work in the options. So I try the print options with ChessBase 9.0. Just genial, this must be improved a lot. To print own games, positions you like is for the most important and helpfull. Opening report for critcial lines is interesting for me to create books for chess engines. Also here a lot of new options. Enough ... Best Frank
