Subject: Question for Robert Hyatt re: BulletB

  On ICC I regularly play against bulletB at the '1-1' time control. It does'nt
seem to have a constant playing strength. I see in it's finger notes it runs on
a 200mH machine and plays lots of games at once. My question is, does the
playing strength vary based on how many other games are in progress at the same
time? Sorry if it's a dumb question or already asked. :)
