IMO, the seller is incredibly naived to think he can sell an item for a $1000 as his first Ebay auction with zero feedback, with out an escrow service, with pictures from a a previous auction on an item that is physcially located across the ocean , or he is simply a dumb - a very dumb con artist. The only person dumber would be a real bidder. Dumb and Dumber - they could write a movie about it ;>)
