What is unusual is that the auction is totally gone from the database. That usuually means that EBay took strong action - as oppossed to just ending the auction prematurely by saying no longer available. Anyway - you all learned a lesson here - generally do not buy from sellers with zero feeback unless the amount is so small that you care less if you got left holding the bag.
