Symbolic gets rather busy at times and so my idea was to ration processor time
for those opponents who would have at least a slight chance of winning or
drawing.  I note that a number of other computer players on ICC have similar
lower bounds that are more restrictive (Elo margins of 200 or 400).  I have no
problem with these as I assume that their operators also want to help allocate
time towards those opponents that have reasonable winning chances.
