Hello, Even I am satisfied with the fact that Playchess.com operators seem to prevent in a certain way cheaters to use their software in games in which use of softwares are forbidden , how do they determine this ? How can they be sure ? I know that this question may appear dubious but on the other hand reputation and "justice" are in play... Patrick
