I'm not in Chessbase - this is from the Crafty Console.   To turn-off EGTB ,
type "egtb 0".   To turn EGTB back on from the console ,type
 tbpath=<egtb path>, in my case it is "tbpath=d:\tb"... I always have learn=0
when doing tests, otherwise Crafty will learn the test and start giving you very
quick correct answers.   To clear the hash, I always type "new" , and do a quick
search and then reload the position.
