I think this is unnecessary, because it involves someone doing work to implemenent it, and someone else doing (neverending) work to administer it. Go back to the index page and look at how much of it is devoted to this thread -- the answer is hardly any. Sometimes these process discussions take up a large amount of bandwidth but almost always they are either low volume or short duration threads. There is no need to put people to work building a second board for a few percent of the messages. This kind of discussion needs to happen somewhere, and right here in CCC is the best place to do it. bruce
