hi uri,

these warnings appear with ALL software that you download from the internet,
except if it has a "digital signature". that is something you can get for your
software if you pay $$$. my free programs that can be downloaded from the net
are not signed either, and you would get the same warning messages. it doesn't
have to mean anything - even software that has a digital signature could be
potentially harmful. i am certainly not going to pay $$$ to some self-proclaimed
security authority to distribute my free programs!

just as an aside on installing software from the net: there are programs that
will install !*$#! spyware when you install them, such as "braveheart checkers
3D", a program which is at least co-authored by omid. i don't know whether he
has a digital signature on that crap, but even if it did, this wouldn't mean a
thing.
