You always want rnd=0, md=99 and sop=100. Those go without saying.

Some people prefer to change the cfd (Contempt for Draw) value from the default
of zero, but I believe it is optimal.

As for cc (Control of Center), that one is totally open for experimentation.

But there's no need for a Time Control setting, because that is supplied by the
Winboard GUI, no?
