Hi Steve, Some points your website is lacking at first glimpse: 1. Meta keywords. These are crucial for placement within search spiders. These are your current meta keywords: <META name="keywords" content="chess sets, chess boards, chess pieces, chess boards, board games, chess table, chess clock, chess book, chess store, marble"> I would add: chess, fritz, shredder, hiarcs, junior, chessbase, ccc, computer, computer chess, computer chess programs, chess interfaces, auto232, pgn, rook, pawn, king, knight, bishop, queen, mate, checkmate, tasc.... The list can grow as you list features from _everything_ you sell. They can be as non-specific as possible. Think of what people type into a search engine to find programs, boards, pieces relating to chess. 2. Site detail. Unfortunately ICD Chess is lacking. It is a _very_ basic site. And I mean basic. Basic black background with white text, yellow links and scroll bars on both sides of the page. Cleaning up the site will make it look much more professional, thus when people purchase here they feel more confident. Making something from a template that looks good, functions correctly, and above all provides security for customers will improve user traffic. Just changing the Crafty website of mine to a nice professional template, and having a very simple layout for navigation has made the site jump from 2000 visitors a month to 28000 (so far this month). 3. To see all the front page I have to scroll almost another whole page. Users don't normally do that. What they initially see is all that normally look for. Unfortunately for you, that is not much. Your losing quite a bit of information to a potential customer because it is not "in their face". 4. Submission. When looking up your sites in various search engines, ICD is ranked incredibly low. Whoever sumbitted your site to the engines/spiders did it incorrectly, and your keywords are simply not enough to rank higher. Both issues can be improved upon. Those are just a few considerations to make, and I would guarantee that traffic and sales would increase with your site. Peter
