Not necessarely...giving them the same "overall weaker" book may change the
paramethers and weaken more some programs indirectly...unfortunately we could
not convince people that believe the opposite on this.

They believe that giving the same book to everybody (or no book) should let them
know how strong is the engine, but this is "unfortunately" not true as own books
are part of the program.

The reason is that the lastest version of the most known commercial programs
have been develop taking into consideration the availability of a dedicated
strong book.
It is something like saying OK, lets make a war using only infantry divisions
because one of the contender does not own tank divisions, airplanes etc...it is
clear that the more handicapped army will be suffering more as the infantry
division may have been made to operate in conjunction with the others as
well...just an example...
