These will be deleted, earn warning points and eventually can get >you banned. >And the last step will only be taken when all three moderators agree on it. >Fortunately, in most cases it is not necessary to take that step. >Richard. yes but if someone posts a message here encouraging computer chess cheating and does not speak in an abusive manner,they will make a long argument that it is within the right's of the charter this then intitates a long discussion back and forth ..between you the moderators and other members this past occurance has lasted now for several days if there was an ammendment disallowing any posting encouraging or promoting cheating on a chess server ,the moderators can simply point to the charter and delete the post i would not recommend this idea if it was a rare or single occurance but this is happening every month or so the ammendment puts a quick stop to it Best Regards Steve
