CCO confirms that cheating is possible at any time control, including
bullet/lightning chess and as fast games as 0 1 bullet for instance. To explain
in detail how to accomplish this would take up too much space, as well as
possibly have a negative effect of encouraging those players who wouldn't cheat
to start such activities. CCO advises everyone who is interested to find out
more about this to send an email to CCO or join the CCO.

During the past few years, CCO has developed sophisticated methods for detecting
computer play and advanced chess play. CCO has decided to offer free service to
those who wish to find out whether they have been abused by cheaters. You should
save a game for which you consider your opponent cheated, possibly in PGN
format, but even better as plain text including the times each player has taken
per move. You should then submit such a file to CCO at
games@compcheaters.cjb.net and CCO will send you a reply containing thorough
analysis of the game in regard to computer use. You will get a highly competent
and informed opinion by the world's leading organization specializing in
computer play detection, and you will get that for free. The only thing we ask
you is to be patient, as we are overwhelmed with emails of this type.
