i would be perfect and the only step required

no need for retro- active ammendments
"going forward" is just fine
your changing the rules argument is without logic
rules are changed all the time "going forward"
they do it in professinal sports..in business(income tax laws)..etc.etc
changing the rules while a game is in progress is of course nonsense and not
suggessted at all here

it is a moot point however
the moderators have decided that their is no need for an ammendment and so the
issue has been dropped.
