I believe there was an additional link that went back an url that has the word cheat or cheaters in it. Very similiar to wwhat he posted a few months ago. It was subsequent posts that were deleted for his abusive remarks - no doubt triggered by the erroneous deletion ( I now believe) of his first post. Kazinski had a history here from a few months ago, promoting cheating etc. The moderators received a complaint about the recent posts - perhaps because it looked so similiar to his previuos posts from a few months ago. After receiving the complaint, I reviewed the post and found it ok. What concerned me is that one of his links looked very similiar to his url from before when it was promoting cheating. I clicked the link , but it did not work. Since we had received the complaint and because Kazinski had a history here from before and had been warned - I decided to delete the post. If I had to it over again , I would not had deleted his "original" post. And it is because of that, CCC does not object to his posting in CTF and that we are willing to negotiate his return to CCC - but he has to make the first contact by e-mail. I said all along that I was ok wth posts that deal with legitimate advanced chess posts. I have never objected to (legitmate) advanced chess. In the first phase , Kazinzski had a postion that it was his right to play advanced chess surreptitiously ,whenever and with whomever he wanted - even when it was against the rules. We call that cheating and posts that promote cheating are not allowed here. We consider cheating to be abusive to those who do not cheat. I can understand the confusion for new members here - "what is this all about?" I do not know if you are new or not, but if you are new ,I can understand why you are questioning why is this post is ok and the other post was not ok.
