Robert, The ICC standard rating for crafty averages around 2620. I know this is somewhat higher than the Fide rating would be. I believe the lower level for Grandmaster performance is about 2500 Fide. Is it your opinion that crafty is capable of playing equal with lower level grandmasters now at action chess (30 0)? I wish to express my thanks for your willingness to respond to as many messages as you do. You are making a fine contribution to chess in general, and computer chess in particular.
