CCT5 and several other CCTs were 45 10, IIRC.
With so many engines participating we could look at shortening the time controls
somewhat.  I think most engines would only play a "better" move with a longer
time control when they could search about a full ply deeper, which is typically
about 3x more time, so changing time controls by much less than that might be
prudent.
