I look at the position after a possible 13.Bc1 Rf7 14.d5 Ne5:
00:03:00.7 0,37 12 28825763 dxe6 Qxe6 Ne3 g6 Ned5 Bf8 Nxf6+ Qxf6 Nd5 Qe6 b4 Bg7
00:04:42.1 0,39 12 43891773 Ne3 exd5 Nxf5 dxc4 Bxh6 gxh6 Nxh6+ Kf8 Nxf7 Nxf7 f4
c6
00:09:55.0 0,46 13 98048320 Ne3 exd5 Nxf5 dxc4 Bxh6 Bf8
Or after 13.Bc1 Rf7 14.d5 Ne5 15.dxe6 Qxe6 16.Ne3:
[D]r5k1/p1p1brp1/1p1pqn1p/4np2/2P5/2N1N1P1/PPQ1PP1P/2BR1RK1 b - - 1 1
00:05:28.5 -0,39 12 51926047 g6 Ned5 Bf8 Nb5 Nxd5 cxd5 Qc8 Be3
Still pressure from White but not yet a won position.
14.f4 as Rubinstein payed it can of course prevent Ne5. But is Spielmann's
14...Qb7 the best move? After first calculations Pro Deo S&D 6_7e3 does not see
much advantage for White after 14...c7-c5 or 14...c7-c6, but it hasn't gone very
deep right now as yet. Interesting position though!
13.Bc1 Rf7 14.f4:
