I have not received any answer from you till this one. Anyway, althought i am not a programmer, I know very well how to load uci engines under chessbase® gui; i can tell u this is not the first time i am having problems with your uci engines; as a matter of fact i couldn't never load deep sjeng, and now i cannot load gandalf 6, nor gandalf 5.1; but i have no problems to load your gift engine 4.32uci and ruffian 2; so, i am telling u that i am not so stupid as to know the basics of loading and managing uci engines with chessbase gui; simply , i only say that i cannot load gandalf 5.1, gandalf 6, nor deep sjeng.... Just tell me, in private, if u prefer, how to solve this issue, step by step, i mean customizing the several init files involved ..... cpeini, *.ini, engineext.ini, etc.... really a mess for non experts like me..... I hope u understand me. Thanks a lot and i still believe you are going to work this problems out. Dr Wesler
