My early impression is that it belongs near the top of the rating list. Perhaps it won't knock Shredder 8 off it's perch, but it may be close. Quite an accomplishment. All that, plus a good playing style, which I prefer over Shredder. Also, there is not the issue with the PV being bogus past move 1. All in all, Gandalf is a major thumbs up. Thanks, Steen!
