I downloaded pgncomplete12_2002 in
http://perso.club-internet.fr/pasparis/current.html
I find the following games
[Event "TG-2001-0-14130"]
[Site "IECG"]
[Date "2001.04.22"]
[Round "1"]
[White "Riker, James"]
[Black "Mathes, Christian"]
[Result "1/2-1/2"]
[PlyCount "34"]
[EventDate "2001.??.??"]
[SourceDate "2000.01.01"]
1. e4 e6 2. d4 d5 3. Nc3 Nf6 4. Bg5 Be7 5. e5 Nfd7 6. f4 a6 7. Nf3 O-O 8. a3 c5
9. Ne2 Nc6 10. c3 cxd4 {Nxd4 Re8 Bd3 Qb6} 11. f5 Bxg5 12. Nxg5 Ndxe5 13.
fxe6 Nd3+ 14. Qxd3 g6 15. O-O Bxe6 16. Kh1 {Nxd4 cxd4} 16... Bf5 17. Qf3 {
Re7 Qxd5 Rd8 Qc5 Qxc5 dxc5 Rd2 b4 Ree2 Nf3 Ra2 Nd4 Rf2 Kg1 Rxa1
Rxa1 Rf4 Nxf5 Rxf5 Rd1 Re5 Rd7 Re1+ Kf2 Ra1 Rxb7 Rxa3 c6 Rc3 c7}
17... Kg7 {Ra7 Rc1} 1/2-1/2
My guess is that the sides simply forgot to write Nexd4 and the program that was
used translated Nxd4 to comment

The next illegal game that I find in that pgn is the following game between 2
players that were too lazy to write their name and it seems that they were also
too lazy to write all the moves.
Can you find the missing moves?
[Event "TG-2001-0-14350"]
[Site "IECG"]
[Date "2001.11.26"]
[Round "1"]
[White "?"]
[Black "?"]
[Result "*"]
[PlyCount "13"]
[EventDate "2001.??.??"]
[SourceDate "2000.01.01"]
{cxd4 Nc6} 1. Nf3 e6 2. Nc3 Bb4 {Bd3 Qa5 Bd2 Nf6} 3. a3 Be7 4. b4 {Qd8 Be3
} 4... Bd6 5. O-O a6 6. Ne4 h6 {Rc1 Nxe4 Bxe4 Ne7} 7. Ne5 *
I could not find the missing moves but maybe I am not smart enough so I leave
the challange to you.
Note that there are more errors in the pgn but I mentioned only the first
errors.
