Go up one level in this thread

 Always ICD

this is very unusual
Eric Hallsworth(guy professing Christianity) is a well respected and well known
expert in computer chess
he has been rating the commerical computers for over 25 years
in addition his ratings are in ELO while ICD'S are in USCF
which means that ICD'S ratings should always appear higher by definition
ELO +150 is the appromximate USCF conversion formula
furthermore Icd's ratings are not really ratings but estimates
whereas Hallsworths ratings are culled from computer VS computer testing

please provide an example where ICD'S rating is LOWER then Hallsworth

i think this should be the other way around and would be normal for the reason i
mentioned

Steve
