Always ICD >gives them a lot lower rating, but for the other side the owner of the english >shop is a known guy of the community, author of opennning books for some >programs and besides he profeses "christianity", so how we could believe is is >just cheating? this is very unusual Eric Hallsworth(guy professing Christianity) is a well respected and well known expert in computer chess he has been rating the commerical computers for over 25 years in addition his ratings are in ELO while ICD'S are in USCF which means that ICD'S ratings should always appear higher by definition ELO +150 is the appromximate USCF conversion formula furthermore Icd's ratings are not really ratings but estimates whereas Hallsworths ratings are culled from computer VS computer testing please provide an example where ICD'S rating is LOWER then Hallsworth i think this should be the other way around and would be normal for the reason i mentioned Steve
