hi Fern
i just checked both sites
i picked 3 computers at random..
Excalibur GM
Novag Star Diamond
Novag Star Ruby
in each case ICD shows a HIGHER rating not a loer rating for the reasons i
already mentioned..
1.USCF rating formual about 150 pts higher then ELO
2.Estimate vs.actual rating
