Subject: Junior 5 or Fritz5.32 ?

Hi,
  Both these programs are windows 32 bit, made by the same company, have the
same "Fritz 5" interface, and are priced the same!?!
  Why?  Which one to buy is very confusing.  In a review by "Komputer Korner",
it is stated, "I would recommend that players under 1600 ELO buy Fritz 5 and
those over 1600 buy Junior 5."  No direct basis is given for this statement and
I am very curious as to what he meant.
  Please help.
