My first choice is to play with a real chess board. that is why I still use CG3 for dos with my smartboard. no other program supports it properly. as for the computer screen, I have no problems playing with the 2D boards with basic diagram type graphics.when I use the 3D graphics for the board and pieces, my game drops big time. I have a low rating of 1680 canadian so my dedicated chess computers are plenty of challenge for me and I get to use real pieces like Steve says for my chess enjoyment. And use PC for analizing positions or study games from database so on. Murat
