We will do flip flops (apologies to John Kerry), bend over backwards, make every concession to make a customer happy, do whatever is necessary to make things right, and we "only" have a 99.1% rating. As long as he doesn't throw in a set of high heeled shoes with the computer, it is probably safe to bid. Steve
