Leo uses an Opteron (64-bit), one MP2600 Athlon, one MP2200 Athlon, and a couple of dual-CPU P3's (6 in total), running long tournaments, year-round, for 'free'. Results are updated and published daily, with its own discussion forum. Leo even finds time to test new releases and to give feedback on bugs. He has six division tournaments, plus test and promotion tournaments in between. Rating lists are updated and published at the end of tournaments (not once a year). All the 195 participants in Leo's tournament didn't have to pay a registration fee. And yet, Leo finds a way to update his machines. SSDF has run 97,872 games (according to their site). Leo has about 30,000 now. But at the rate he is going, its just a matter of time before he eclipses the SSDF numbers. Kudos to Leo for all these service that he is doing to the computer chess community.
