HI All As every owner of a chess computer knows, it is almost impossible to find someone located in the US that can repair them. computers could be repaired by sending them to Europe but this was costly,very time consuming and the risk of damage in shipping on the return trip quite high i am very pleased to announce that one of our own CCC members is now available to repair chess computers Robin Smith has now repaired several rare chess computers for me in a most professional,timely and efficient manner. i sent him beautiful WOODEN chess computers that would have otherwise sat in my house collecting dust and now they operate perfectly! its like getting an old friend back! in addition to being an Expert technician for the old computers Robin is the author of the recently published book "Modern Chess Analysis" and is currently a rated Grandmaster(2618)in Correspondence play he will answer your emails in a swift courteous manner and his packing and shipping is beyond excellent i HIGHLY recommend Robin to anyone with a chess computer they want repaired my interest in making this recommendation is solely for the purpose of having other members breathe new life into their old computers and i am not affiliated with Robin in any way financially or otherwise his e-mail address: robos11@comcast.net Best Steve
