Ok. Try Chess Partner and Tiger. Edit the sounds, change them: instead of checkmate, record "checkmate, ...." whatever you want to hear. Instead of "check", record a loud "CHECK!!". Load many different CM personalities. This of course can be done within many other interfaces too (Arena, Fritz GUI, ...). The only thing I agree is that there are no interface that makes a louder voice or wood sound if it is sacrificing a piece; but maybe that's not difficult at all to compile...
