I do not think we have it out for Steen with this - simply an acknowledgement that a bug exists, and it will be looked into. I find it no mystery that bugs can exist. Helps us all to point them out, right? At least this one is easily reproducible. I can now verify that this odd behavior not only happens under any Chessbase interface, but also when using Gandalf 6.0 in MV mode under Arena 1.092. Once again, mate is instantaneously found in SV mode.
